Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tic Tac Toe handles information. Tic Tac Toe is a board game played on one device; it does not require an account, and GF43 does not operate a server that receives game data.

Data stored on your device

Game state, scores, and app preferences may be stored locally to maintain your playing experience. GF43 does not receive or store this data on a server. You can remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and third-party services

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process IP address, advertising or device/app identifiers, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, protect, and improve advertising. Google processes and retains this information under its own policies.

Consent and advertising choices

Where required by law, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and store your choices before initializing advertising. You can also manage or delete your advertising identifier in your device's privacy or ads settings.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and GF43 does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Security and retention

The app data described above remains in the app's storage area on your device until you clear the data or uninstall the app. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Information processed by Google is retained under Google's policies.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. The new version and effective date will be posted at this URL.
