Privacy Policy

NetPulse monitors your connection's ping, jitter and packet loss while you play. This policy explains how the app handles information. The app does not require an account.

Data stored on your device

NetPulse stores monitoring sessions, measurements, incidents, the lag marks you add, network changes (Wi-Fi, mobile) and settings in the app's private storage. GF43 does not receive, upload, sell or share this history. Android auto backup is turned off for the app, so history is not copied to cloud backups.

The free version keeps 7 days of history. NetPulse Pro keeps history with no time limit. You can delete history in the app's Settings; uninstalling the app removes all of its data.

Measurement traffic

Only after you tap start, the app sends small probes (ICMP ping or TCP connect, as you choose) to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), to your router when one is available, and with Pro also to Google DNS (8.8.8.8). Like any Internet connection, these servers see your IP address and the probe traffic; Cloudflare and Google handle it under their own policies. The app does not send your history or measurements with these probes.

NetPulse does not measure your game server and does not inspect other apps' traffic.

NetPulse Pro purchases

Google Play processes payments. GF43 does not receive your card details. The app keeps a Google-signed purchase record on the device so Pro keeps working offline, and checks with Google Play again when online.

Exported reports

CSV and PDF reports are created only when you ask. The app you choose in Android's share sheet receives the file.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

NetPulse has no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and does not use the advertising ID.

Device permissions

Internet and network state: to send probes and to tell whether you're on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Notifications: to show the monitoring notification with its Mark lag and Stop buttons. Foreground service: to keep measuring while you switch to your game, only after you tap start and until you stop.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and GF43 does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Security and retention

The data described above remains in the app's private storage until you delete history, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. The new version and effective date will be posted at this URL.
